Felicity DeBacco, M.Ed., is serving in a limited capacity for SADD National as the Pennsylvania SADD State Coordinator.  She has extensive experience with SADD and has served as a leader in the highway safety community, providing training development and youth leadership development.  Her previous experience includes serving as the director of the Pennsylvanians Against Underage Drinking coalition at the PA Liquor Control board, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office on special highway safety enforcement projects, and the Lancaster County Impaired Driving Program as a Parole Officer.  She is a graduate of Penn State University and Millersville University.
