NIAAA Challenge

Create a short video or clips totaling 1-2 minutes on underage drinking.

We are particularly interested in messages that:

Read and follow the Rules + Guidelines to be considered
- 1 Video totalling 1-2 minutes OR
- 5 Max Clips totalling 1-2 minutes
Incorporate students’ views about facts presented on the Underage Drinking Fact Sheet.
Conclude with the statement: "For more information, visit the website of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism: www.niaaa.nih.gov.”
The 2025 challenge will run 2/3/25 - 3/3/25.

Winners will be compensated individually, not as a SADD chapter. Please ensure you are submitting as an individual or under one person who would be willing to accept the prize(s).
Winners must be able/willing to submit an IRS W-9 form to collect the prizes.
The prizes will be allocated as follows:
- 12 - $500 cash prizes
- 3 - $1000 cash prizes
- 1 - $2000 cash prize
Students can win more than one prize for submitting additional videos for consideration.
A panel of judges from SADD and our partners will choose the best and winning videos.
Winning students will be notified by late March.
