SADD believes in transparency. Our Board of Directors, National Staff, and Partners work to provide the highest level of integrity into all the work we do, including our business management. Should you wish to review SADD’s financial statements in more detail, please contact our office.
Fundraising, Audit, and Accounting
SADD works hard to diversify and maintain a healthy revenue mix, which includes government and state contracts, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, Board and individual giving, and royalties gained from the sale of SADD custom products and various educational materials. We rely on our loyal supporters who understand that our work is never complete. With each new year, there are millions more young people who need to be educated and empowered to stand strong against making destructive life decisions. A donation to SADD is a commitment to our future. Our supporters set the foundation for America's youth to be leaders of the highest quality.
SADD uses an independent firm to conduct the annual financial audit and prepare the appropriate IRS forms. The Audit Committee of Board of Directors oversees the audit process and the audited financials and IRS forms are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
